Also hubby's nephew is a car repo guy - around here isn't like on TV where they take the car and the people can get it back. They sign a release and are allowed to get whatever they want out and then hubby's nephew has to clean them out before he takes them to the bank. Hubby was helping him this evening and this is what I ended up with left in a car.

Coach bag - wonder if it's a real one or a fake. Hope it's real. (Some sites I've looked on say it's probably real since the C's are lined up and centered. Some sites make me wonder - not sure. It has a leather tag on the inside that says Handcrafted in China and gives a Serial No. So????

Awww, look at that pouting baby. Great stuff, love freebies. I'm not sure about the Coach bag either, but I thought the fakes didn't have that stamped serial # inside. but, I really don't think Coach is made in China.
Great finds.I have to agree with Rhoda I highly doubt Coach is made in China. But you could always call Macy's or one of the finer department stores that carries this bag and ask them. Great finds though!

If you Google Coach fake, which I just did, you can read all about it. Supposedly some Coach products are made in China. Have fun investigating.

For what it's worth, I own a few Coach bags, bought directly from the Coach store and the bags are made in China...Although something looks a little of about yours...I think it's the direction of the C's..Not sure. I hope it's real though!

My s/o also does towing / repossessing, the owners have to clean out cars and whatever is left he brings home to me, some is awesome, some is junk, some I keep, give away, or ebay them off. Usually its clothes, shoes, cell phones, but last week I got a ton of household items I kept some and gave a ton to my sister who just moved and needed a bunch of stuff.
There are a ton of fake bags at yardsales, thrift stores etc. My guess is that its a fake.
