Sunday in the E.R.

This is also going to be part of my Blue Monday at Smiling Sally's post. This morning we left for Sunday School with two healthy kids. However, for the past two weeks DD has been fighting a cough and a recurring fever and the doctors don't know what's causing it. So, after Sunday School we notice that DD is starting to run a fever again up to 103. So, to the E.R. we go. They're going to try some new antibiotics on her but she needs prayer to get over this mess, whatever it could be.

So to start with my Blue Monday contribution this week is my Sunday School Bulletin board that DD and I decorated this morning. I figure this will last through February and then we can change it to something more Spring-ish.

Next, the way we spent this Sunday afternoon. DD in the E.R. - yeah, you can tell I was bored while waiting for doctors.

She loves to cuddle with daddy when sick.

Just back from getting x-rays - gotta love those hospital gowns.

I hope that she feels better soon! We had six of our seven kids with the swine flue a few weeks ago and it wasn't fun. I hope she doesn't have that!

Thanks for stopping by my blog - I love, love garage sales too!

Oh, it breaks my heart to see a child in a hospital bed. 103ยบ is no small fever, and I do hope DD gets better soon. I'm glad you took a shot of that bulletin board and DD and her father. Have a Happy Blue Monday.

I do hope she is soon feeling better.
It's worrisome when you don't know what's at the root of the problem. I loved the blue bulletin board. I hope you are having a wonderful Blue Monday.
